Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her help and dedication to increasing South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) products and services in the course of an engagement with all the company's senior professionals in a strategic planning session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the many social grant beneficiaries, who excelled inside the 2024 matric examinations.
With the 724 156 full-time learners who registered for the National Senior Certificate (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing eighty one% of your registered pupils during the schooling sector.
These learners reached a commendable pass rate of 86%.
